Detailed description
2.High Chrome white iron we produce includes 15%Cr, 20%Cr and 26%Cr;
3.Excellent wear performance:under same working condition, the wear property of High Chrome mill liners is 2.5 times of that of high manganese steel liners and 1.4 times of that of low Chrome alloy steel liners with wet grinding process;
4.Hardness: more than HRC55;
5. Impact value: more than 10J;
6. Microstructure: Fine martensite + Carbide + Austenite(less than 6%);
7.International Standard to be applied: AS2027, ASTM A532 and BS4844.
1. The liners are used to grind SiO2 in a wet mill.
